About us – Genetic Education

Established in 2018, Genetic Education has grown into a genetics-focused media house dedicated to making science simple and accessible. What started as an academy has now become a platform where research, news, discoveries, and everyday genetic insights come together.

Our Vision:

To become the world’s leading genetics media house, where learning, discovery, and public engagement come together to inspire a more scientifically aware society.

Our Mission:

To make genetics accessible and meaningful for all — from a curious high schooler to a practicing scientist.
We believe genetics isn’t just for labs; it’s a part of daily life, health, and the future of society

Who we are:

Genetic Education started as an initiative to teach genetics to students and researchers. Over time, we grew into a trusted source for millions of readers who wanted more than textbooks. Today, we are a media hub for genetics, combining education, journalism, and public engagement.

What We do:

  • Science News & Discoveries
Breaking updates on the latest genetic research, discoveries, and global breakthroughs.
  • Research Communication
Simplifying complex studies so scientists, students, and the public can understand their impact.
  • Everyday Genetics for Everyone
Practical genetics tips that help people connect science with daily life, health, and choices.
  • Education & Learning
Courses, lectures, and training for students, researchers, and institutions — our core commitment remains education.
  • Media & Outreach
Articles, blogs, newsletters, short videos, and social content crafted to make genetics engaging for all.

What Sets Us Apart

Our Experience

The Genetic Education team is comprised of passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds in genetics, molecular biology, epigenetics, metagenomics and education. Collectively, the team has extensive hands-on experience and years of work experience in the field of genetics and techniques like PCR, rt-PCR, DNA sequencing, DNA microarray, metagenomics, epigenetics, etc. Founded by Binal Tailor, our team is committed to sharing our experience with the community of curious minds eager to explore the genetic frontier.

Our Expertise

Dr. Tushar Chauhan, co-founder of Genetic Education, is a scientist, educator, and science communicator with a mission to make genetics accessible to all. Holding a PhD, he has authored 7 peer-reviewed papers and over 500 science articles, alongside years of research and teaching experience. He now leads Genetic Education in transforming complex genetic concepts into clear, reliable, and impactful knowledge for learners worldwide.

Our Knowledge of Genetics

At Genetic Education, the team constantly stays updated with the latest knowledge, news and research, and also re-visited the older concept and knowledge to review it, before sharing.

Co-founder Dr. Tushar, along with other team members, brings years of academic experience, endowing the team with the distinctive ability to convey knowledge that is accessible, comprehensive, credible, and, crucially, supported by well-cited literature.
